Based in Cornwall, I live with my young family and spend as much time as possible with them outdoors — whether that’s camping, being by or in the sea and enjoying outdoor sports. I love trying new recipes, especially baking!
In my work, I aim to be warm, down-to-earth, and authentic. I care about building a real connection with the people I work with and creating a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. Therapy is a shared process, and I value being alongside people as they make sense of things, build on their strengths, and move towards feeling more like themselves again. For face to face sessions, we will meet at the beautiful Georgian 1-2 Lemon Villas on Lemon Street Truro, which is a five minute walk from two central car parks and ten minute walk from Truro train station.
